Baked by Linda. Built for the neighborhood.

Hey You! Cafe & Bakery is a new neighborhood cafe from Linda and Jimmy Batchelor.

Linda spent 25 years running her own cafe and bakery in New Zealand, baking, pulling coffee, and running the kitchen while raising her kids. Those recipes, that rhythm, and that care are the heart of what we are building.

Jimmy grew up in Georgia and met Linda while living in New Zealand. Now they are bringing that cafe spirit home, proper coffee and fresh baking at a counter where you are a regular from the first visit.
